What a terrible company. I wish I saw these reviews before buying.

The quality of product is like a $1 replica from china. Its so bad.

They then charge you an enormous amount to return the product and dont refund you in full.

Literally never buy anything

Where is my order, i paid for next business day still nothing, can i cancel it, i want a refund, im pissed off and travelling without this order

Placed order 8/2/2024 and product still has not been dispatched ,nearly 4weeks later,order was a present for grandson birthday and now has missed date

The womans football shirt was ordered almost three weeks ago . I recieved an email from kitbag stating it is delayed .

Why is this when the item was in stock I order . All so this was a birthday present for this Tuesday coming .

I ordered an item with kitbag on the 15/04_2024 with order number:21-8881-**** I later Received a mail from kitbag and Royal mail that my item has been delivered but I haven't received the item ,from my verification I discovered i did not include my address in the item what I included was just my post code what can I do at the moment

I bought 2 orders to send to a friend in America.

I made a mistake on the first order so I cancelled it and made a second order.

I also purchased a shirt for my own son which arrived fine.

I contacted via chat bot to see if the second order had been dispatched and they said I'd given the wrong details and phone number for them to access the order.

I gave them my friends details which I had to enter for delivery purposes.

Anyway the order hadn't been dispatched so I decided to cancel it and planned to send it myself

Anyway it's now been 7 working days since I asked for the first refund and I've received nothing.

On my email to customer service I got a response saying it's not the correct email so they cannot discuss the order.

I contacted chat bot again and they said I'd need to email from my friends email address. ??? That is not possible.

I have also asked my friend to check his inbox and spam box but he has not received any mail from yourselves at all.

I need this fixing asap

I've tried calling but the person on the phone cannot understand me and I cannot afford to be on the phone at 5p per minute

Hello, I am sending you a picture attached. Due to the incorrect delivery of the product, I received a product that I didn't order.

What I ordered is a uniform with Martinelli's name and uniform number in the Arsenal Authentic Jersey.

However, due to your mistake, a uniform that I didn't order came. Additonally, Please let me know the exact information about what I ordered

A placed a order on the 11 th of January waited a week and still nothing went back online and asked them for a update on order and the girl said a don't no why its not been dispatched and said she would wave the delivery charge with in a week or so till its in my bank it was 3.50 but a payed 40 pound on a kids strip since then av heard nothing back after email a few times but nothing thanksavoid

their returned item so where is my refund. Zero contact from kitbag sent item back almost 2 weeks ago and have still yet to receive refund. Will be going to bank today to report this as theft

I ordered a football shirt on the 3rd of February. It still hasn't come.

They say its still being processed. Very annoyed.

Was sent incorrect size and had no response by email so called Customer Services who were very helpful & resolved the issue immediately.

Would recommend to anyone with similar issues to call CS's instead of emailing them,this avoids the frustration of waiting for a reply that may not come.

Ordered a soccer shirt for my grandson's birthday back in November, 2023. Initially was told it would be delivered in 8-10 days then after placing the order and paying for it I was later informed that the delivery would not be before Christmas.

The shirt was boys 11-12 years with the name HAALAND

On 24th November 2023 I received and email form customerservice@***.kitbag.com saying the Order is On Its Way-- Your items have shipped

I am very sorry but I have ordered Arsenal Lifestyle shirts instead of Arsenal 3rd Shirt 2023/24.

Could you please change my order to this.

Hello I have got home and did have said they have delivered my parcel and put a card through my door I havent got the parcel and Im not happy at all I spoke to kitbag they said Id get a full refund not received anything not happy at all
