I purchased Netherlands shirt for my son back in June. I have always followed manufacture instructions regarding washing.

To my disappointment the shirt is full of pulls, I believe this is a manufacturer fault has I have seen this before with the Liverpool kit and the Liverpool kit store allowed u to return the kit for a full refund.

I have purchased other kits a Portugal one in may and have not had this problem. I have took pictures of the fault if you require them, I am really disappointed by the poor quality of this shirt.

What a terrible company. I wish I saw these reviews before buying.

The quality of product is like a $1 replica from china. Its so bad.

They then charge you an enormous amount to return the product and dont refund you in full.

Why is this when the item was in stock I order . All so this was a birthday present for this Tuesday coming .

I bought 2 orders to send to a friend in America.

I made a mistake on the first order so I cancelled it and made a second order.

I also purchased a shirt for my own son which arrived fine.

I contacted via chat bot to see if the second order had been dispatched and they said I'd given the wrong details and phone number for them to access the order.

I gave them my friends details which I had to enter for delivery purposes.

Anyway the order hadn't been dispatched so I decided to cancel it and planned to send it myself

Anyway it's now been 7 working days since I asked for the first refund and I've received nothing.

On my email to customer service I got a response saying it's not the correct email so they cannot discuss the order.

I contacted chat bot again and they said I'd need to email from my friends email address. ??? That is not possible.

I have also asked my friend to check his inbox and spam box but he has not received any mail from yourselves at all.

I need this fixing asap

I've tried calling but the person on the phone cannot understand me and I cannot afford to be on the phone at 5p per minute

A placed a order on the 11 th of January waited a week and still nothing went back online and asked them for a update on order and the girl said a don't no why its not been dispatched and said she would wave the delivery charge with in a week or so till its in my bank it was 3.50 but a payed 40 pound on a kids strip since then av heard nothing back after email a few times but nothing thanksavoid

I need to know how to do an exchange

Was sent incorrect size and had no response by email so called Customer Services who were very helpful & resolved the issue immediately.

Would recommend to anyone with similar issues to call CS's instead of emailing them,this avoids the frustration of waiting for a reply that may not come.

Placed an order in November 23 and nothing has been received. Sent messages but no reply at all.

Ordered a soccer shirt for my grandson's birthday back in November, 2023. Initially was told it would be delivered in 8-10 days then after placing the order and paying for it I was later informed that the delivery would not be before Christmas.

The shirt was boys 11-12 years with the name HAALAND

On 24th November 2023 I received and email form customerservice@***.kitbag.com saying the Order is On Its Way-- Your items have shipped
