I ordered three tennis items from the Wimbledon Online Shop (managed by Kitbag Ltd).After the 7-10 working days I did not receive my items.

I contacted customer service who said to wait an additional 10 working days. I haven't received the items after 23 working days now, and repeated attempts to customer service only receive standard email responses (exactly the same each time), with no resolution. They just keep asking for my address for verification, which I've provided twice. All they can say is we'll either refund or resend, but they won't tell me they've resent when I've requested via email.

Horrible, horrible customer service.

Monetary Loss: $100.
